Wine cooler interior light stays on all the time, even when the door is closed.

Unplug the cooler before adjusting switches or sensors.

• 1. Check for door magnet:
  • On models with a reed sensor, verify the magnet is still embedded in the door frame or gasket.
• 2. Test door switch:
  • Press the mechanical switch by hand; the light should turn off.
  • If it does not, the door switch is likely faulty.
• 3. Adjust reed sensor alignment:
  • Ensure the reed sensor on the cabinet lines up with the magnet in the door when closed.
  • Loosen screws and adjust position if necessary.
• 4. Replace faulty components:
  • Install a new Lanbo door switch or reed sensor if they fail continuity tests.
• 5. If light remains on with switch disconnected:
  • The main control board light circuit may be shorted and require replacement.
