How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Unplug the unit before working on the light assembly.
- 1. Check light button and settings:
- Some Lanbo models allow disabling the light; ensure it is not in "light off" mode.
- 2. Inspect door switch:
- Locate the mechanical switch or magnetic reed sensor near the door frame.
- Press the switch manually (or place a magnet near the reed sensor) to see if the light comes on.
- 3. Remove light cover:
- Carefully pry off the interior light lens.
- Check the LED light module for burn marks or loose connections.
- 4. Replace LED module:
- If the module is visibly damaged or has no continuity, install a new Lanbo LED light module.
- 5. If new light does not work:
- The door switch or main control board light driver may be faulty and require replacement.
