Wine cooler not cooling at all; interior is at room temperature and compressor is not running.

Unplug the cooler before removing any covers.

  • Check that the outlet has power by plugging in another device.
  • Verify the cooler's power cord is fully inserted and not damaged.
• 2. Check control settings:
  • Ensure the unit is not in standby or demo mode.
• 3. Inspect compressor area:
  • Remove the rear lower panel.
  • Look for burned components on the main control board or around the compressor start relay.
• 4. Test start relay and overload:
  • Remove them from the compressor and shake gently; rattling or burn marks indicate failure.
  • Replace with a new Lanbo start relay/overload kit if defective.
• 5. If compressor still does not start and board is supplying no power:
  • The main control board may be faulty and should be replaced.
• 6. If compressor hums loudly then trips:
  • The compressor may be locked and require professional sealed-system service or replacement.
