Display shows E8 and the unit may not cool properly or may shut down unexpectedly.

Safety first: Unplug the cooler before cleaning or servicing.

• Check installation: Verify that the Lanbopro wine cooler has the required clearance on sides, back, and top as specified in the manual. Do not enclose it tightly in cabinetry without proper ventilation.
• Clean condenser: Remove the rear lower panel and vacuum or brush dust from the condenser coils and surrounding area.
• Verify condenser fan: Briefly plug in the unit and check that the condenser fan motor runs whenever the compressor is on. Unplug again before touching components.
• Room temperature check: Ensure the cooler is not installed in a garage or area where ambient temperature exceeds the unit's rated range.
• Reset alarm: After improving ventilation and cleaning, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then reconnect power to clear the E8 alarm.
• Replace fan if needed: If the condenser fan does not run, replace the condenser fan motor. Persistent E8 after these steps may indicate a failing compressor or control board; contact a technician.
