How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the wine cooler before accessing the control board.
- Power cycle: Disconnect power for at least 10 minutes to allow the control to fully reset. Plug back in and check if E9 returns.
- Inspect wiring: Remove the rear service panel and inspect all connectors on the main control board. Reseat each connector firmly.
- Check for burn marks: Look for any scorched components or damaged traces on the control board.
- Use surge protection: If E9 occurred after a storm or power event, consider using a surge protector for future protection.
- Replace control board: If E9 persists after reseating connectors and power cycling, replace the main control board (PCB) with a Lanbopro-compatible part.
