Water pooling at the bottom of the wine cooler or leaking onto the floor.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing the drain system.

• Locate drain: Inside the rear of the cabinet, find the small condensate drain hole below the evaporator area.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or plastic zip tie to gently clear any debris or mold from the drain hole. Do not use sharp metal objects.
• Check drain tube: From the rear, locate the drain tube leading to the drain pan above the compressor. Ensure it is connected and not kinked.
• Level the unit: Adjust leveling legs so water flows toward the drain and does not pool at the front.
• Reduce humidity load: Minimize long door openings in very humid environments to reduce condensation.
