Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing sensors or the control board.

• Confirm settings: Ensure the set temperature is not at the coldest setting.
• Sensor inspection: Locate the compartment temperature sensor and verify it is properly positioned and not touching extremely cold metal surfaces directly unless designed to.
• Replace sensor: If the sensor is damaged or readings are clearly inaccurate, replace the temperature sensor (NTC).
• Control board: If overcooling continues with a new sensor, the main control board may have a stuck compressor relay and should be replaced.
