How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before accessing the control panel or main board.
Steps:
- 1. Access control panel: Remove the front trim to expose the display/UI board and its wiring harness.
- 2. Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the communication cable between the UI and main PCB. Ensure connectors are fully seated and free of corrosion.
- 3. Inspect harness: Check the cable for cuts, pinches, or broken conductors. Replace if damaged.
- 4. Test with replacement UI (if available): If possible, substitute a known-good UI board to see if the error clears.
- 5. Replace faulty board: If wiring is good, replace the user interface board first. If Er CO persists, replace the main control board.
