Possible Causes
Unit not leveled, Contact with surrounding cabinetry, Loose internal components, Compressor vibration transmitted to frame
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Use caution when tilting or moving the unit. Do not lay it on its side.
Steps:
- 1. Level the appliance: Adjust the front and rear leveling legs until the cabinet is stable and does not rock.
- 2. Provide clearance: Ensure the sides and top are not tightly pressed against cabinets. Leave recommended clearance per LG installation guide.
- 3. Add vibration pads: Place anti-vibration pads or a rubber mat under the feet to dampen transmission to the floor.
- 4. Check internal components: Verify that shelves, racks, and bottle holders are firmly seated and not rattling.
- 5. Rear inspection: Confirm that the compressor and condenser assembly are securely mounted and not contacting the cabinet directly.
