How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooler before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes and plug back in to clear any temporary control lockup.
- Check for child lock: Ensure the control lock feature is not enabled (see user manual for unlock procedure).
- Inspect control panel: Remove the front bezel and look for signs of moisture, corrosion, or physical damage on the keypad and PCB.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable or harness between the keypad and main board to ensure good contact.
- Dry moisture: If condensation is present, dry the area thoroughly and improve door sealing to prevent recurrence.
