Possible Causes
Failing low-voltage regulator on main control board, Loose display harness, Shorted LED light module, Damaged display PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before accessing the control board or display.
- 1. Inspect display harness: Remove the control panel trim and check the wiring between the main board and display module. Reseat connectors.
- 2. Check LED light module: Disconnect the interior light module and power the unit. If F3 clears, the light module may be shorted and should be replaced.
- 3. Examine control board: Remove the rear panel and inspect the main board for burnt components in the low-voltage section. Replace the board if damaged.
- 4. Replace display module: If wiring and board are good but F3 persists, replace the display/UI module.
