Safety first: Ensure the unit is unplugged if adjusting hinges or replacing gaskets near electrical components.

• 1. Check door closure:
  • Verify the door closes flush with the cabinet and latches magnetically.
  • Adjust hinges if the door is misaligned.
• 2. Inspect gasket:
  • Look for tears, gaps, or hardened sections of the gasket.
  • Clean the gasket and door frame with mild soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• 3. Replace gasket if needed:
  • Order the correct Miele door gasket and install by pressing it into the door channel, starting at the corners.
• 4. Ambient conditions:
  • In very humid rooms, some condensation is normal; ensure adequate room ventilation.
• 5. Door heater (if present): If your model has a door frame heater and condensation is excessive, the heater circuit may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
