F20 often appears after a power interruption or control reset.

• 1. Acknowledge alarm:
  • Press the alarm or OK button on the control panel to silence the alarm.
• 2. Check temperature:
  • Verify that the internal temperature is returning to the setpoint.
  • Keep the door closed as much as possible to speed recovery.
• 3. Power cycle:
  • If F20 does not clear, unplug the unit for 5–10 minutes and then restore power.
• 4. Monitor operation:
  • If the error recurs frequently without actual power outages, the control’s memory or backup supply may be failing.
• 5. Professional repair: Persistent F20 may require main control board replacement by a Miele technician.
