Water pooling at the bottom of the wine cooler or on the floor in front of the unit.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before working inside the cabinet or behind the unit. Floors may be slippery.

• 1. Locate the drain:
  • Find the small drain hole at the rear of the interior, usually below the evaporator area.
• 2. Clear blockage:
  • Use a soft pipe cleaner or flexible plastic rod to gently clear the drain hole.
  • Flush with a small amount of warm water using a syringe or turkey baster.
• 3. Check drain tube and pan:
  • Access the rear of the unit and locate the drain tube leading to the drain pan above the compressor.
  • Ensure the tube is securely attached and not kinked.
  • Inspect the pan for cracks and replace if damaged.
• 4. Inspect door gasket:
  • Repair or replace if leaking warm, moist air into the cabinet.
