• Verify power source: Plug a lamp or tester into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Reset any tripped breaker or replace a blown house fuse.
• Inspect power cord: Check the Monogram power cord for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. If damaged, replace the cord with the correct part.
• Check internal fuses: Remove the rear access panel and inspect the main control board for onboard fuses. Test continuity with a multimeter and replace only with identical rated fuses if blown.
• Look for board damage: If the board shows burnt areas or swollen components, replace the main control board.
• Door switch and UI: Ensure the display lights when plugged in. If the display is dead but outlet has power, the issue is likely in the control board or power wiring.
