Check for frost: Remove the interior panel and inspect the evaporator for icing that could block airflow. If present, troubleshoot the defrost system.
Replace sensor: If the thermistor readings are erratic when tested, replace it.
Control board: If hardware is good but fluctuations persist, the main control board’s control algorithm may be faulty and require replacement.
