Possible Causes
Failed LED light strip, Loose LED connector, Faulty LED driver on main control PCB, Short circuit in door light wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before working on lighting circuits.
- Check door switch: Ensure the door switch correctly detects open/closed state; a faulty switch can keep lights off.
- Inspect LED strip: Look for dark segments, burn marks, or water ingress on the LED strip inside the cabinet.
- Test connections: Remove interior trim to access LED connectors. Reseat all plugs firmly.
- Replace LED strip: If the strip is visibly damaged or partially lit, replace it with the correct mQuvée LED assembly.
- Check wiring in door (if LEDs in door): Inspect the harness running through the door hinge area for breaks due to repeated flexing. Repair or replace as needed.
- Driver fault: If a known-good LED strip does not light and E14 remains, the LED driver circuit on the main PCB is likely faulty and the PCB should be replaced.
