Possible Causes
Loose compressor mounting feet, Vibrating condenser coil touching cabinet, Worn condenser fan motor bearings, Loose rear panel or drip tray
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before tightening or adjusting components.
- Level the unit: Ensure the wine cooler is level front-to-back and side-to-side using the adjustable feet.
- Check rear panel: Tighten any loose screws on the rear cover and ensure it does not vibrate.
- Inspect compressor mounts: Verify the rubber grommets under the compressor are intact and that the compressor is not touching the cabinet directly.
- Condenser fan: Spin the fan by hand and listen for grinding. Tighten the fan blade on the motor shaft and replace the fan motor if noisy.
- Isolate coils: Bend or pad any condenser tubing that is touching the cabinet and causing rattling.
