How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing sensors or PCB.
- Check sensor connectors: Access the rear of the unit and reseat all temperature sensor connectors on the main PCB.
- Inspect wiring: Look for any points where sensor wires are bent sharply, pinched, or rubbing against metal edges. Repair or reroute as needed.
- Gently tug test: Gently move the harness while watching the display (with power restored briefly). If readings jump, there is likely a broken conductor inside the cable; replace the harness or sensor.
- PCB replacement: If wiring and sensors are good but readings remain unstable, replace the main control PCB.
