How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing panels.
- Door and load check: Ensure the door is closing properly and that the unit is not overloaded with warm bottles.
- Sensor inspection: Access the compartment sensor as in E1/E2. Check for a broken or disconnected sensor.
- Harness check: Follow the sensor wires to the main control board and reseat the connector.
- Replace sensor: If the sensor is open or damaged, replace it with the correct NEEDONE NTC probe.
- Control board: If a new sensor does not resolve Hi, the main control board may be defective and require replacement.
