How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing panels.

  • Door and load check: Ensure the door is closing properly and that the unit is not overloaded with warm bottles.
  • Sensor inspection: Access the compartment sensor as in E1/E2. Check for a broken or disconnected sensor.
  • Harness check: Follow the sensor wires to the main control board and reseat the connector.
  • Replace sensor: If the sensor is open or damaged, replace it with the correct NEEDONE NTC probe.
  • Control board: If a new sensor does not resolve Hi, the main control board may be defective and require replacement.
