Interior light does not turn on when the door is opened, but cooling works normally.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before working on the light or door switch.

• Check light setting: Some NEEDONE models allow the light to be turned off via the control panel. Ensure it is not disabled.
• Door switch test: Locate the door switch or magnetic sensor. Manually actuate it (press the plunger or hold a magnet near the frame) and see if the light comes on.
• Inspect LED module: Remove the light cover inside the cabinet and check the LED module and wiring connector. Reseat the connector.
• Replace LED module: If the module is dark and shows signs of damage, replace it with a NEEDONE-compatible LED light assembly.
• Control board: If a known-good LED and switch do not restore lighting, the control board's light driver may be faulty and require replacement.
