Possible Causes
Blocked air vents between zones, Faulty upper or lower zone sensor, Control board mismanaging zone valves or fans, Improper loading of bottles
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing sensors or internal panels.
- Check loading: Avoid overpacking either zone. Leave space around vents and do not block the rear wall.
- Vent inspection: Locate the air vents between zones and ensure they are not blocked by shelves or bottles.
- Sensor verification: Compare displayed temperatures with separate thermometers in each zone. If one zone reads incorrectly, inspect that zone's sensor as in E1/E2.
- Control reset: Unplug the unit for 10–15 minutes to reset the control board. If imbalance persists, a sensor or control board replacement may be required.
