Steps to address E12:

• Inspect LED strips: Open the door and visually inspect the LED strips or modules for dark segments, burn marks, or condensation inside the lens.
• Check connections: Remove the interior trim covering the LED wiring and ensure connectors are fully seated and free of corrosion.
• Test with door switch: Manually operate the door switch (if visible) to see if the lights flicker or come on intermittently, indicating a loose connection.
• Replace LED module: If a particular strip or module is dark or damaged, replace it with a Neff-specified LED assembly.
• Driver fault: If all LEDs appear intact but do not light and E12 persists, the LED driver circuit on the main PCB may be defective and require board replacement by a technician.
