• Check outlet: Plug another appliance into the same outlet to verify stable operation. If lights flicker or devices reset, have an electrician check the circuit.
• Avoid generators/inverters: Do not run the wine cooler from non-sinusoidal inverters or unstable generators.
• Inspect mains cord and plug: Look for damage, overheating, or loose pins. Replace the cord if necessary.
• Terminal block check: With power off, inspect and tighten the terminal block connections inside the rear service area.
• Control board replacement: If mains supply is confirmed stable and E17 persists, the frequency/voltage detection circuit on the main PCB may be faulty and the board should be replaced by a professional.
