Spin the fan by hand: With power off, gently rotate the fan blades. If they are stiff or seized, the motor is likely faulty and should be replaced.
Inspect wiring: Ensure the fan connector is fully seated and wires are not pinched or broken.
Test operation: Reassemble panels, restore power, and listen for the fan running when the compressor is on. If the fan does not run and E6 remains, replace the evaporator fan motor with a Neff-compatible part.
Control board check: If a new fan does not resolve the issue, the main control PCB may not be supplying power to the fan and may require professional replacement.
