Touch Control / Keypad Failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing the control panel.
Steps:
- 1. Clean panel surface: Wipe the touch panel with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and moisture.
- 2. Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in to clear any temporary logic issue.
- 3. Access keypad PCB: Remove the trim around the control panel and carefully pull out the touch PCB.
- 4. Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the cable between the touch PCB and main board.
- 5. Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or burn marks on the keypad PCB. Replace if damaged.
- 6. Replace main board: If a new keypad does not restore function, the main control board may be faulty.
