Possible Causes
Burned-out LED module, Failed door switch or reed sensor, Loose light wiring connector, Faulty light driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooler before working on the light circuit.
Steps:
- 1. Check light settings: Some NutriChef models allow manual light off via the control panel. Ensure the light is not disabled.
- 2. Test door switch: If the unit uses a mechanical switch, press it manually and see if the light comes on. For reed switches, observe if the door icon changes on the display.
- 3. Access LED module: Remove the interior light cover and inspect the LED board for burn marks or loose connections.
- 4. Replace LED module: If the LED board is faulty, install a compatible NutriChef LED light assembly.
- 5. Check wiring and board: If the LED is good but no power is present at its connector, the main control board light driver may be defective and require replacement.
