Temperature display does not match actual temperature inside by more than 5–10°F.

Safety: Unplug before moving sensors or accessing the board.

Steps:

• 1. Verify with reliable thermometer: Place a calibrated thermometer in the center of the cabinet and compare readings after several hours.
• 2. Adjust set point: Compensate by adjusting the set temperature up or down to achieve the desired actual temperature.
• 3. Reposition sensor: Ensure the thermistor is in free air, not touching walls or bottles.
• 4. Replace thermistor: If discrepancy remains large, replace the cabinet thermistor.
• 5. Replace control board: Persistent large errors after sensor replacement may indicate a faulty main control board.
