Possible Causes
Door gasket not sealing properly, High room humidity, Frequent door openings, Failed door heater (if equipped)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Condensation itself is not dangerous, but water on the floor can be slippery.
- Check gasket seal: Inspect the "Door gasket" for gaps, tears, or hardened sections. Replace if it does not seal evenly.
- Reduce door openings: Limit how often and how long the door is opened, especially in humid environments.
- Room humidity: Use a dehumidifier in very humid rooms to reduce condensation.
- Door heater (if present): Some models have a low-wattage heater around the door frame. If the frame feels cold and condensation is heavy, the heater circuit may have failed and may require control board or heater wire replacement by a technician.
