How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.

Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a dry, soft cloth to remove moisture or residue that might interfere with touch sensing.
Access panel: Remove screws securing the control panel or door trim and gently pull it forward.
Check ribbon cable: Ensure the flat cable between the touch panel and display board is fully seated and not damaged.
Dry moisture: If condensation is present inside the panel, dry thoroughly and check that the door gasket is sealing to prevent humid air entry.
Replace touch panel: If specific buttons never respond, replace the "Phiestina touch control panel" or "display keypad" assembly.

Display works but buttons are unresponsive or only some keys work intermittently.
