Possible Causes

Faulty cabinet temperature sensor stuck reading warm, Stuck compressor relay on main control board, Door gasket leaking causing constant run, Control board logic failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety warning: Overcooling can damage wine. Adjust settings and correct faults promptly.

  • Verify temperature setting: Ensure the setpoint is not at the lowest possible value. Increase the set temperature and observe if the compressor cycles off.
  • Inspect door seal: Check the gasket for gaps or damage. Close the door on a sheet of paper at several points; if it pulls out easily, the seal is weak. Replace the "Door gasket" if needed.
  • Check sensor accuracy: Place an accurate thermometer inside the cabinet. If the actual temperature is much lower than the display, the "Cabinet temperature sensor" is likely faulty and should be replaced.
  • Control board relay: If the compressor never shuts off even when the display shows the set temperature, the compressor relay on the "Main control board" may be stuck closed. Replace the board.
