Possible Causes
Failed LED light module, Faulty door switch, Loose light harness connector, Main PCB light driver failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the wine cooler before removing light covers or panels.
- 1. Check light settings: Some Samsung models allow the light to be turned off via the control panel. Ensure the light is not disabled.
- 2. Test door switch: Press the door switch manually and see if the light responds. If not, test the switch for continuity and replace if defective.
- 3. Inspect LED module: Remove the light cover and check for burn marks or water intrusion. Replace the LED module if visibly damaged.
- 4. Check wiring: Follow the light harness back to the control board and reseat connectors.
- 5. Control board diagnosis: If the switch and LED module are good but no voltage is supplied to the light, the main PCB may have a failed light driver circuit and require replacement.
Note: Use only Samsung-approved LED modules to avoid compatibility issues.
