Condensation forming on the outside glass door

Safety: Unplug the unit before inspecting door wiring or heaters.

Steps:

• Room humidity: Use a dehumidifier or improve ventilation in the room. High ambient humidity commonly causes glass condensation.
• Check gasket seal: Ensure the door gasket is sealing all around. Replace if damaged.
• Door heater (if present): Some Simzlife models have a low‑wattage heater around the door frame. If the frame feels cold and condensation is heavy, the heater circuit may have failed and may require professional diagnosis and replacement.
