How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- Clean panel surface: Wipe the touch panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove residue that may cause false touches. Dry thoroughly.
- Power reset: Leave the unit unplugged for 5–10 minutes to allow the control to reset. Plug back in and test buttons.
- Inspect behind panel: Remove the screws securing the control panel and gently pull it forward. Look for moisture, corrosion, or physical damage on the keypad PCB.
