• Remove old gasket: Gently pull the gasket out of its retaining channel around the door.
• Clean channel: Wipe the gasket channel with a mild detergent solution and dry thoroughly.
• Install new gasket: Starting at the corners, press the new SMEG gasket firmly into the channel, ensuring it is fully seated all around.
• Shape and seal: Close the door and check for gaps. Use a hair dryer on low heat to soften and shape the gasket for a perfect seal.

Tip: After installation, leave the door closed for several hours to help the gasket conform to the cabinet.
