Possible Causes

Stuck compressor relay on control PCB, Misreading temperature sensor, Incorrect set temperature or demo mode off, Faulty control PCB logic

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing control electronics. Overcooling can damage wine; remove sensitive bottles if necessary.

Steps to address LO:

  • Verify settings: Check that the set temperature is appropriate for wine storage (typically 5–18°C depending on zone). Ensure the unit is not in a special mode that lowers temperature.
  • Power reset: Disconnect power for 10 minutes, then reconnect and reprogram the temperature. Monitor whether the compressor cycles off when the set temperature is reached.
  • Check temperature sensor: If the display shows a higher temperature than actual (measured with a separate thermometer), the sensor may be misreading, causing overcooling. Inspect and test the cabinet NTC sensor and replace if out of range.
  • Control board assessment: If the compressor runs continuously even when the sensor reading is below set point, the compressor relay on the main PCB may be stuck closed. In this case, the main control PCB must be replaced.

Note: Until repaired, consider unplugging the unit or raising the set temperature to protect wine from freezing.
