• 2. Access LED module: Remove the interior light cover (usually clipped or screwed in). Inspect the LED board for burn marks or discoloration.
• 3. Check connections: Ensure the light module connector is firmly seated. Reseat it if loose.
• 4. Test LED module: If you have a low-voltage DC source, briefly power the LED module to confirm it lights. If not, replace it with a "STAIGIS LED light module" for your model.
• 5. Reassemble and test: Plug the unit back in and verify that the light now turns on with the door.
