4. Listen for relay clicks: If the display works but nothing runs, listen for relay clicks when changing set temperature. No clicks may indicate a failed main control board.
5. Inspect compressor start components: If the board is sending power but the compressor does not start, test and replace the "compressor start relay and overload" as needed.
