Safety first: Disconnect power before working on lighting components. LED modules can have sharp edges on mounting brackets.

Step 1 – Confirm symptom

• Open and close the door to see if lights respond to door position.
• If lights flicker or stay off regardless of door position, proceed.

Step 2 – Inspect LED modules

• Locate the interior LED light modules (typically in the ceiling or side walls).
• Check for signs of moisture, discoloration, or burn marks.

Step 3 – Replace suspect LED module

• Remove the light lens or cover as per your model’s instructions.
• Disconnect the LED module and install a new Sub‑Zero compatible module.
• Restore power and test operation.

Step 4 – Wiring and control board

• If all modules appear good and EC27 persists, inspect the light wiring harness for pinched or damaged sections.
• If wiring is intact, the light driver circuit on the main control board may be faulty and require board replacement by a technician.
