How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Condensation can make surfaces slippery; wipe up water promptly. Disconnect power before accessing heater wiring.
Step 1 – Check gasket and door closure
- Inspect the gasket for damage and ensure the door closes fully.
- Adjust leveling so the door self‑closes gently.
Step 2 – Reduce humidity and door openings
- Use a dehumidifier in very humid rooms.
- Minimize door openings and avoid leaving the door ajar.
Step 3 – Verify door heater operation
- If equipped with heated glass or frame heaters, check for EC33/EC35 codes and follow those procedures.
