Safety first: Disconnect power before removing interior panels. Use towels to catch water and melted ice.

Step 1 – Access drain area

• Remove shelves and the rear interior panel to expose the evaporator and drain trough.
• Look for standing water or ice in the trough.

Step 2 – Clear ice and debris

• Use warm (not boiling) water to melt ice in the trough and drain opening.
• Use a small flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear the drain hole.

Step 3 – Flush drain tube

• Using a turkey baster or squeeze bottle, flush warm water down the drain until it flows freely into the drain pan near the compressor.

Step 4 – Check leveling

• Ensure the unit is slightly tilted back so water flows toward the drain.
