Possible Causes
Cabinet sensor reading below allowed range, Sensor shorted, Control board firmware lockout, Incorrect calibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before testing sensors.
- Verify actual temperature: Place an accurate thermometer inside to confirm if the cabinet is truly very cold or if the reading is erroneous.
- Check sensor: Test the cabinet NTC sensor resistance. A very low resistance may indicate a short. Replace the cabinet temperature sensor if out of range.
- Power cycle: Unplug for 5–10 minutes to clear any temporary lockout.
- Control board: If the sensor is correct but Lo remains, the main control board may be mis‑calibrated and require replacement.
