Possible Causes

Stuck or worn buttons, Moisture ingress in control panel, Loose interface cable, Faulty user interface PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.

  • Clean panel surface: Wipe the control panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove sticky residues that may cause buttons to stick. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
  • Dry moisture: If condensation is visible under the panel, remove it and allow it to dry completely.
  • Check cable connections: Reseat the ribbon cable or harness between the user interface and main PCB.
  • Replace interface board: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface PCB with a Teka-compatible part.
