How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing control panel or door trim.
Steps:
- Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes and reconnect. If display remains blank, continue.
- Access display: Remove screws securing the control panel and gently pull it out to access the display PCB and ribbon cable.
- Check connections: Reseat the ribbon cable and inspect for corrosion or damage.
- Replace display module: If backlight or segments are out, replace the display/user interface module.
- Main control: If the display module is new and still not powered, the main control’s low-voltage supply may have failed and the board should be replaced.
