Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then reconnect. If E14 returns, proceed.
Access interface: Remove screws securing the control panel or door trim to expose the touch PCB and ribbon cable.
Inspect for moisture: Look for condensation or water marks. Dry thoroughly and allow time for evaporation.
Check cable: Ensure the ribbon cable is fully seated and not damaged. Replace if creased or torn.
Replace touch panel/interface: If buttons remain unresponsive or random inputs occur, replace the user interface/touch panel assembly.
