Cabinet exterior side walls feel very warm to the touch

Possible Causes
Built-in side-wall condenser design, High ambient temperature, Restricted ventilation, Overworked compressor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal repair is usually required; surfaces may be hot but should not burn on brief contact.
Steps:
- Check installation: Ensure the Transtherm cabinet has adequate clearance on all sides as specified in the manual.
- Improve airflow: Do not enclose the cabinet tightly in cabinetry without proper ventilation grills.
- Monitor temperature: Warm sides are often normal, but if they are extremely hot and cooling is poor, clean the condenser and check the condenser fan.
Note: Many wine cabinets use the side walls as part of the condenser system; some warmth is expected.
