Steps:

• Empty cabinet: Remove all bottles and shelves. Store wine in a cool, dark place temporarily.
• Clean interior: Wipe all surfaces with a solution of mild detergent and warm water, followed by a rinse with a diluted vinegar solution to neutralize odors.
• Clean gasket: Gently scrub the door gasket folds where mold often hides. Replace the door gasket if mold is embedded or gasket is degraded.
• Check drain and pan: Clean the condensate drain and external drain pan to remove stagnant water.
• Dry thoroughly: Leave the door open for several hours to fully dry and air out the cabinet before restocking.
