Possible Causes
Door gasket not sealing, High room humidity, Frequent door openings, Failed door heater (on heated glass models)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal electrical work is usually required; unplug only if removing trims.
- Check gasket seal: Close the door on a thin sheet of paper at several points. If the paper pulls out easily, the gasket may need adjustment or replacement.
- Reduce humidity: Use a dehumidifier in very humid rooms and avoid placing the cooler near open windows or dishwashers.
- Limit door openings: Minimize how often and how long the door is opened.
- Heated glass models: If equipped with a door heater and condensation is heavy, have a technician test the door heater circuit and replace the door assembly if failed.
