Possible Causes
Cabinet sensor reading below design range, Sensor shorted, Control board interpreting under-range as 'Lo', Very cold ambient environment
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing sensors.
- Check ambient temperature: Ensure the wine cooler is not installed in a garage or area below 10°C (50°F), which can cause sensor under-range.
- Inspect cabinet sensor: Access the cabinet NTC sensor and check for moisture or ice around the probe.
- Test sensor: Measure resistance at room temperature. A very low resistance may indicate a shorted sensor.
- Replace sensor if faulty: Install a TYLZA-compatible cabinet sensor and secure it properly.
- Relocate unit if needed: Move the cooler to a room-temperature environment to avoid under-range conditions.
