How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before working on the lighting system.
- Check door switch: If there is a physical plunger switch, press it manually and see if the lights respond. If not, suspect the switch or LED circuit.
- Inspect LED strips: Look for dark or burnt sections on the LED strips.
- Test connections: Access the LED connectors and ensure they are firmly plugged into the harness.
- Replace LED strip: If a strip is visibly damaged or does not light when powered, replace it with a TYLZA-compatible LED assembly.
- If all strips are good: The LED driver on the main control board may be faulty and the board will need replacement.
